Manufacturer's Warranties are very important to consider during your bidding process and there are
many different types to consider. For instance, there are warranties that cover only materials should
the roof fail.
Then there are warranties called Full Value Warranties that cover labor and materials if the roof
fails but only at the original cost. This means if the roof fails 10 years from now you will only be
paid for what it cost to install the roof originally.
The last type of warranty is a Manufacturer's No Dollar Limit Warranty. That means if the roof fails
during the warranty period. It will be replaced at NO CHARGE and at today's prices.
